Telexa Technology Private Limited built the Telexa Smart Home app as a free application. This service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as-is.

This section applies to our Google Assistant voice action. Protecting your private information is our priority. Telexa Technology Private Limited fully respects your right to privacy and will not use or collect any personal information through the Google Assistant without your permission.

A. The Company uses personal data you provide to fulfil applications for our services and products, for credit checks where applicable, and to understand how we can improve our services. We may also use it for internal research on user demographics, interests, and behaviour, or to provide news and updates where you may be interested. The Company may combine personal information collected from you with information from other services or third parties to improve user experience. Third parties hired to assist with upgrades, research, product improvements, or bug fixing must comply with our Privacy Policy.

B. The Company will also use your IP address and email address to diagnose server problems and administer the Google Assistant. If you do not want your personal information displayed to third-party visitors, contact us at telexaindia@gmail.com.

Our primary purpose in collecting information is to allow you to use the Google Assistant and associated features, to record your information as required under applicable laws, and to serve promotional or advertising materials where relevant. You may opt out of promotions you do not wish to participate in.

D. The Company tracks basic traffic data such as operating system, device information, visitor's domain name, referral data, and demographic details. This information is statistical and does not allow us to identify or contact you personally.

A. The Company co-operates with government and law enforcement agencies and will disclose information about you as required by valid legal processes, to protect property and rights, to protect public safety, or to prevent illegal or unethical activity.
